1. Insurance and Flight Responsibility:

• Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, including medical and trip cancellation coverage, prior to the trip.

• Participants are responsible for booking and securing their own flights to and from the designated trip location.

2. Participant Responsibility:

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and capable of participating in all activities included in the trip itinerary.

• Participants are responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations set forth by the tour organizers and local authorities during the trip.

• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to secure their valuables at all times during the trip.

3. Assumption of Risk:

• Participants understand and acknowledge that travel, including but not limited to adventure travel and outdoor activities, carries inherent risks.

• Participants assume all risks associated with travel, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illnesses, and property damage.

4. Release of Liability:

• By participating in the trip, participants release the tour organizers, guides, and affiliated partners from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from participation in the trip activities.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Participants understand and acknowledge that cancellation fees may apply if they cancel their participation in the trip.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the tour organizer’s cancellation policy, which may include non-refundable deposits and fees.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

• The tour organizers reserve the right to make changes to the trip itinerary, accommodations, activities, and other arrangements as deemed necessary for safety, logistical, or other reasons.

• Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary in a timely manner.

7. Travel Documentation:

• Participants are responsible for obtaining and ensuring they possess all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and permits, required for the trip.

8. Travel Advisories and Health Information:

• Participants are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories, health alerts, and other relevant information related to their destination.

• Participants should consult with their healthcare provider regarding any necessary vaccinations or health precautions for the trip.

9. Photography and Media Consent:

• Participants understand and consent to the use of their likeness, name, and images captured during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes by the tour organizers and affiliated partners.

10. We Not Responsible for Any Injuries:

• Participants acknowledge and agree that the tour organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that may occur during the trip.
